The P&K Equipment team has expanded into Poteau, Oklahoma and Fort Smith, Arkansas with the acquisition of Spider Webb Farm Implement. This mark P&K’s second acquisition of 2017, as the team purchased Countryside Farm & Lawn (Springdale, AR) in August of this year. Poteau & Fort Smith join the existing Oklahoma and Arkansas locations for a total of thirteen P&K Equipment stores.
The Poteau & Fort Smith purchases were finalized today (Friday, December 29, 2017) and tomorrow will mark the first official day of P&K business. On hand for the opening, along with the Poteau and Fort Smith store employees, will be Scott Eisenhauer, P&K General Manager; Drew Combs, P&K Large Ag Sales Manager; and Brad Kosanke, P&K Corporate Aftermarket Manager.
Eisenhauer had to say this about the acquisition: “We look forward to welcoming the Spider Webb team into the P&K organization, and we look forward to continuing the strong customer, business, and community partnerships that Matt [Webb] and his team have built over the years. With the addition of the Poteau & Fort Smith locations, we are excited to continue strengthening the long-standing P&K brand and customer experience. At every step of what we do, and to our very core, our most pivotal mission is always to provide the highest level of customer service with a sense of urgency. In all aspects of the P&K Equipment and John Deere business- sales, parts, and service- we will strive to make good on that promise in and around Poteau & Fort Smith.”
Matt Webb, President & General Manager of Spider Webb, will join the P&K Equipment organization as Small Ag Sales Manager. “I look forward to joining the P&K team and making the transition smooth for all of our customers and employees. With our combined efforts, we can better serve all of the customers throughout the P&K territory in Oklahoma and Arkansas,” said Webb.
